At Three Suns, we understand that it can be daunting to purchase a candle online without being able to physically see or smell it. That's why we want to make your first order with us as stress-free as possible. We are excited to offer FREE RETURNS for first-time buyers! Yes, you read that correctly. If you are not completely satisfied with your first purchase, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy as long as your order has not been used, opened, or damaged.
We are confident that you will love our candles, but in the unlikely event that you don't, we will take care of everything. To initiate a return, simply send us an email at sales@three-suns.com.au with what you want to return and your reason. We will then send you the instructions to follow to process your return. Please note that we cannot accept the return of a candle that has been lit unless it is a clear manufacturing fault.

It is important to keep in mind that this policy only applies to your first order with us. If your item was purchased from a retail or online stockist, you will need to follow their returns policy.

If you are looking to return an item after making your first order, we kindly request that you cover the cost of postage for the return. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using the same packing materials and a 'signed for' service to obtain proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or undelivered items. Once the item is returned in excellent condition, we will issue you a credit or refund for your purchased goods, excluding shipping costs.

It is your responsibility to pay for the postal cost for your return and we do recommend a 'signed for' service, so you have proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in the post or not delivered to us.
